Privacy
thinkingpsychologist.com is the personal website of Ashwarya Gupta (Bengaluru, India). This notice explains what the site collects, why, and how you can have it deleted, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Reader-list sign-ups
If you join the reader list, I collect your email address, optional first name, preferred language, the page you signed up on and campaign tags in the link you used (for example, utm_source=instagram). I use this only to send you field notes and updates about the book. Your consent is recorded with the exact wording you agreed to. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Sign-ups are stored with an email-service provider acting on my behalf (such as Brevo or Formspree), which may process data outside India. I never sell or rent your details.
2. Analytics
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and button clicks in aggregate. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you across websites.
3. The Narrative Lab
If you use the AI-Assisted Narrative Lab, the stories you write are sent to OpenAI’s API solely to generate your report. This site does not store your stories or reports. The lab is a reflection tool, not a psychological diagnosis or clinical assessment. Please don’t include names or other identifying details of real people.
4. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing ashwaryagupta02@gmail.com. I will respond within 30 days.
5. Children
This site is intended for adults. Please don’t sign up if you are under 18.
